Lakeshore East residents can expect new neighbors this summer as developers Lendlease and Magellan Development Group join forces to top off the 455 E. Waterside Drive and 211 N. Harbor Drive towers, adding two new luxury residential buildings to the mix as well as the new Cascade Park, a publicly accessible green space that is adjacent to the Cirrus and Cascade towers; the park will allow residents walking access to the Chicago Riverwalk and lakefront.

The 3,000-square-foot sales gallery at Cirrus showcases the upscale finishes and stunning views featured in each of the development’s 350 residences.

The 350-unit luxurious condominium tower, Cirrus, located at 211 N. Harbor Drive, sits 47 stories high with prices ranging anywhere from $400,000 to over $4 million. The units are available in one-four bedrooms and range from 650 to over 3,000 square feet. Future tenants can expect the first residences to be delivered in fall 2021.

Cascade, a 37-story, 503-unit apartment building is being built alongside Cirrus.

The Cascade apartment tower offers studio-three-bedroom floor plans. Future residents can expect a move-in date by this summer through fall but can begin pre-leasing come spring.

Future residents of the swanky new complexes can expect a plethora of luxury amenities, some of which include a fitness center with a HIIT center, yoga and spin studio; massage and steam room; an indoor lap pool, a heat therapy pool and splash pad; a children’s playroom; a game room with a golf simulator and billiards; a shop space; a dog-washing station with indoor and outdoor dog runs, and much more.
