LatiNxt festival is coming to Navy Pier this weekend, Aug. 6/7.

Navy Pier's 4th annual LatiNxt festival is set to return with a fun and festive celebration of Latin arts, culture and music this Friday, August 6 and Saturday, August 7, 600 E. Grand. The free, two-day outdoor festival showcases local, national and international artists including Latin Grammy-nominated hip-hop group, Los Rakas, Angelica Garcia, Making Movies, Sotomayor and others.

Performances will be held Pier-wide, including on the Lake Stage in Polk Bros Park, Beer Garden and Wave Wall Platform. The festival will also feature the Mercadito Vendor Fair, produced by the Pilsen Community Market, showcasing a series of small pop-up shops owned by Latinx artisans and a record fair with unique and classic vinyl records for browsing and purchasing.

The special fireworks show on Saturday at 10:15 PM will be synchronized to a Latin music soundtrack.
