Gin and Juice is a new delivery and carryout service that can quench a group thirst with the click of a mouse. Created by award-winning Beverage Director Kevin Beary and the team behind Three Dots and a Dash, the virtual cocktail bar offers dozens of traditional and customized ready-to-mix cocktail kits.
From mixers and syrups to cordials and garnishes, the Gin and Juice kits provide all the ingredients that add life to a party. They can also be enhanced to include bar tools, specialty cocktail ice and mugs as add-ons.

The Gin and Juice Mai Tai kit
Select individual kits (two drinks)
The Daiquiri: Bounty Dark St. Lucia Aged Rum, Fresh Daiquiri Mix and a lime wedge ($10);
The Paloma: Altos Tequila, 3 Cents Grapefruit Soda, Paloma Cordial ($20).
Other classic kits include the Dark and Stormy, Dirty Martini (gin or vodka), a Pickle Back Shot, Long Island Iced Tea and more.
Select large format kits (six to 12 drinks)
The Chartreuse Swizzle: Green Chartreuse, lime juice, pineapple juice, and Kev's 57 Falernum ($65).
The Espresso Martini: Grey Goose Vodka, Espresso Martini Cordial, and Espresso Bean ($50).
The Sesame Japanese Whisky Old Fashioned: Nikka Yoichi Japanese Whisky and Sesame 2:1 Old Fashioned Syrup ($120).
The Wray and Ting: Wray And Nephew Overproof Jamaican Rum and Ting Grapefruit Soda ($40).
Gin and Juice also offers the option to send signature cocktail kits as gifts to friends and family in Chicago. Hours: Monday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Pick-up: Bub City host stand, 435 N. Clark St.
