OktoberFest returns to St. Benedict's Parish for the 56th year!

True to the customs of the Bavarian festival, St. Benedict’s 56th annual OktoberFest promises entertainment for the whole family, with music, food, beverages, carnival rides and games! Cheerful toasts of “Zum Wohl” and shouts of  “Prost!” will resonate through the parish courtyard once more as a celebration of German roots September 30 through October 2.

Proceeds from the festival are utilized to benefit local outreach, programming, and fund church operations, restoration and other Parish initiatives.

Guests can take a spin on a carnival ride, catch a set from a local band, dine on German food from Himmel's German Restaurant in Lincoln Square or sip a beer in the St. Ben’s Parish courtyard at this family-friendly party. Admission is free, but you'll need tickets to buy Bavarian food, beer and rides on the carnival attractions.

Hours: Friday, 9/30 from 3-10pm; Saturday, 10/1 from 1- 10pm and Sunday, 10/2 from 1-7pm.
