After School Matters spring application is open! Thousands of Chicago teens can now apply to hundreds of programs in arts, communications, and leadership, sports, and STEM. The session runs from February 26 to May 11 and all participants earn a stipend.
Each ASM program opportunity allows you to:
- Learn new skills, techniques and strategies
- Work with talented community leaders and network
- Earn money for your participation
After School Matters is a nonprofit organization that supports up to 19,000 teens across Chicago each year with paid opportunities to develop their talents while gaining critical skills for work, college, and beyond. Programs introduce young people to new ideas, places, and people and encourage them to explore their interests as they learn about who they are and who they want to become.
Teens should apply as soon as possible because spots fill up fast! Interested young people can apply by visiting afterschoolmatters.org.
