Former Chicago Bears defensive end Israel (“Izzy”) Idonije and renowned chef Stephen Gillanders will unveil their new culinary gem, “Signature.” Located at 1312 S. Wabash, on Saturday, Jan. 20. Signature will be an experience where contemporary American cuisine meets the pulse of Chicago in a chic and stylish environment.
