Today, Feb. 28, is the final day of Tom Skilling’s incredible 45-year career at WGN News as chief meteorologist. In “Candid Candace – The Podcast” co-hosts John St. Augustine and Candace revisit an interview they did with him last November, where he shared his thoughts on retirement, what he might do afterwards, UFOs, what it’s like to ride through the eye of a hurricane, what made him cry on live TV and so much more.
Mother Nature will miss him and so will we. Good luck Tom- you deserve all the love!
