The Navy Pier Marina Boat Show returns Aug. 21-23.

If you've ever dreamed of stepping aboard a luxury yacht while soaking in one of the world's most spectacular skylines, the Navy Pier Marina Boat Show offers the perfect opportunity.

Returning to Chicago's newest marina Aug. 21-23, the three-day, in-water showcase transforms Navy Pier into a waterfront destination featuring luxury yachts, family cruisers, marine technology, entertainment and lakeside experiences. Rather than viewing boats from a convention hall floor, visitors can explore them where they belong, floating on beautiful Lake Michigan against the backdrop of the Chicago skyline.

The event showcases an impressive lineup from many of the region's leading yacht brokers, dealerships and manufacturers. Among those expected are Jefferson Beach Yacht Sales, Gordy's Marine, Spring Brook Marine Group, Weber Yachts, SkipperBud's and All Marine Motorsports, with vessels ranging from sleek day cruisers to multimillion-dollar luxury yachts. Attendees will also have the chance to learn about the newest marine innovations, boating accessories and waterfront lifestyle products.

The weekend begins Friday evening with a VIP Preview Night from 4 to 9 p.m., offering guests an exclusive first look at the exhibits in a relaxed atmosphere. The show opens to the public Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., followed by Navy Pier's popular fireworks display at 10 p.m. Sunday's schedule runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., providing one final opportunity to browse the impressive collection of vessels and connect with boating experts.

Beyond the boats, visitors can enjoy everything Navy Pier has to offer. Ticket holders receive discounts at participating restaurants, attractions and entertainment venues throughout the Pier, making it easy to turn a visit into a full day or weekend on Chicago's lakefront.

The event also highlights Navy Pier Marina itself, Chicago's only all-transient marina, which opened as a premier destination for visiting boaters. Its central location places guests just steps from restaurants, shopping, attractions and cultural experiences, creating a unique setting unlike any other boat show in the Midwest.
