Stefani Restaurant Group, a cornerstone of Chicago’s hospitality scene, is celebrating the success of Stefani’s Bottega Italiana, a specialty quick-service Italian shop and pasta lab nestled at 6075 N. Milwaukee Avenue in Gladstone Park.

Celebrating its one-year anniversary, the bottega isn’t just another Italian eatery—it’s a culinary experience. Stefani’s Bottega Italiana serves up an enticing mix of freshly made pasta dishes, authentic Roman-style pizzas, and Italian schiacciata sandwiches. Guests can also stock their kitchens with fresh, handmade pasta and Italian-imported groceries, bringing a slice of Italy home.

“Stefani’s Bottega Italiana lays the groundwork for the new age of what Stefani Group can offer and is our tribute to the local community by providing the freshest options straight from Italy,” said managing partner Anthony Stefani. Guests can get an up-close look at the pasta lab, complete with vintage Italian pasta machines and a display counter showcasing the day’s pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches. The bottega will also serve as a hub for fresh pasta production for all Stefani Group locations across Chicagoland.

The menu offers something for everyone. Highlights include the Tortelloni di Ricotta, ricotta-filled pasta with garlic, parmigiano reggiano, butter, and sage, as well as Lasagne Verdi Bolognese, featuring seven layers of spinach-infused lasagna noodles with a rich Bolognese ragu. Roman-style pizzas and schiacciata sandwiches showcase a light, crispy crust perfected through a 48-72 hour dough rising process. Italian wines and beers round out the menu, offering the perfect pairing for any dish.

Strategically located between the group’s city and suburban restaurants, Gladstone Park was the ideal choice for this culinary concept. Beyond elevated meals, the bottega provides specialty Italian groceries and ingredients, making it a go-to spot for both dining and shopping. “Stefani’s Bottega Italiana is not your traditional sandwich shop. We are providing the best possible quality, authentic offerings for guests to enjoy at home or on the spot,” added Stefani.

Open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. (9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays), the bottega combines cozy, traditional Italian interiors with a modern flair, making it the perfect spot for lunch, dinner, or grabbing gourmet essentials. For more information, visit stefanisbottega.com.
