Bank of America 13.1 half marathon races into Chicago this weekend with race day festival and festivities

The Bank of America Chicago 13.1 half marathon is back this weekend in Chicago for a full day of festivities and fun.

The event takes place Sunday, June 9, at Garfield park, with the race commencing bright and early at 7 a.m. The 13.1 half marathon offers a unique racing experience in Chicago, taking participants around the city’s culturally vibrant neighborhoods on the West Side.

Runners will race through the historic parks and roadways of the Humboldt and Douglass Park neighborhoods before crossing the finish line back in Garfield Park. For those cheering from the sidelines, the event will include an all-day festival featuring delicious local food and beverage options, live music and entertainment, and sponsored vendors.
