Faces of Fitness Chicago has quickly become a standout event in the city’s vibrant festival scene, billing itself as the official website calls “Lollapalooza, but for fitness.” According to the website, this two-day festival brings together the world’s top fitness classes and instructors in a dynamic, festival-style environment, offering attendees a chance to experience a wide range of workouts and wellness activities all in one place.
Set in Chicago’s River North neighborhood, the 2025 edition will take place on Saturday, July 26, and Sunday, July 27, with each day featuring completely different classes and experiences. The official website details how the festival will gather some of the city’s best workout studios and instructors—including Solidcore, Ritual Hot Yoga, Rumble, and Barry’s—alongside celebrity trainers and fitness personalities such as Peloton instructor Jess Sims, former Chicago Bear Israel Idonije, and celebrity trainer Dani Coleman (Jennifer Aniston’s personal “pvolve” trainer). This year’s event will also feature internationally renowned DJ Sam Feldt, who will perform live sets during select classes on Sunday, adding a unique musical element to the fitness experience.
Festival-goers can expect a packed schedule with multiple stages hosting a variety of classes, from heated power vinyasa and strength training to dance cardio and boxing-inspired workouts. Prior to the festival, twenty-two run clubs will participate in a pre-festival run. All tickets will grant access to take part in the run.
Beyond the workouts, Faces of Fitness Chicago offers a “Wellness Village” with over 80 brand experiences across health, wellness, and beauty. Attendees can enjoy complimentary swag, product samples, and interactive pop-ups from major brands such as Lululemon, Gatorade, and Sweetgreen. The festival’s community focus is further highlighted by its partnership with Urban Initiatives, a local nonprofit benefiting from a portion of all ticket sales to support sports and play opportunities for underserved Chicago children.
With its blend of top-tier fitness instruction, immersive wellness experiences, and a lively, music-fueled atmosphere, Faces of Fitness Chicago stands out as a must-attend event for anyone passionate about health and community. As the organizers put it, “Everyone can experience everything together”—making it not just a festival, but a celebration of movement and well-being in the heart of Chicago.
