Have you ever wondered what it was like to fly a plane? Experience the thrill of aviation at Extreme Flight Simulation Gurnee.
Extreme Flight Simulation offers visitors the chance to fly a Boeing 737-800 simulator and learn about the behind-the-scenes of flight. Licensed flight instructors, who can accommodate any level of experience, take customers through the process. There is no minimum age required to fly, but it’s advisable that children are at least 12 years old.
The simulator is a fixed base, including no full motion. The scenery will be displayed on a 220-degree wrap-around screen, adding the feeling of motion. Observants who are prone to motion sickness should call in advance to arrange accommodations. Alongside the flight journey, real airline passenger seats are available, allowing friends and family to join the fun.
Extreme Flight Simulation also offers a new virtual reality game lounge, including over 40 games, such as Fruit Ninja and Beat Saber. Simulation rates vary depending on the amount of time booked. Flight reservations are available on their website.
