It’s a big week for Chicago golf fans as the 2025 Masters Tournament prepares to kick off Thursday, April 10 through Sunday, April 13. As tradition, the major golf championship’s 89th edition will take place at its coveted home Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia.

Last year’s champion Scottie Scheffler will face off against 94 players to defend his Masters Tournament Green Jacket. Notable players include Rory McIlroy, Brooks Koepka, Jordan Spieth, Phil Mickelson, Bryson DeChambeau, and Viktor Hovland.

Worldwide Coverage

Golf lovers worldwide can watch the entire tournament and live scoring via Masters.com and the Masters App, including these highlights:

  • Green Jacket Ceremony

ESPN will cover the tournament for the first two days only from 3-7:30 p.m. EST.

Weekend television coverage will be shown on CBS both days from 2-7 p.m. EST. Paramount+ will also showcase live hours between 12-2 p.m. EST.

Several watch parties are being put on across the Windy City to watch this famed championship that golf fans will not want to miss. Additionally, Chicago is home to incredible neighborhood sports bars decked out with plenty of televisions and game-day nosh for fans to make themselves right at home.

First Tee Greater Chicago’s Masters Watch Party in Bucktown

Watch the tournament while enjoying an open bar, appetizers, fun games, and prizes. Guests can also try out The Green’s state-of-the-art Golfzon simulators, compete in long-drive competitions, and partake in their 50/50 raffle. Clubs will be provided. Enter their 2025 Masters Pool and grab tickets to the event for as low as $125.

Five Iron Golf in River North, The Loop, and Lincoln Park

Avid golfers can book their own watch parties at locations around the city for all four tournament days. Groups will have access to the full bar, kitchen, big-screen TVs, private lounges, and a selection of party platters.

2025 Insurance Associates’ Annual Masters Pub Crawl in Old Town

Sign up for this free golf-themed pub crawl on Friday, April 11 that will hit three venues, including Corcoran's Grill & Pub, Woodie’s Flat, and the Fireplace Inn. Pub crawlers are encouraged to wear golf attire. Membership to Insurance Associates is not required.
