The American Cancer Society brings together Chicago's top chefs and culinary enthusiasts for the 10th Annual Taste of Hope fundraiser. The upcoming event is on November 2 at the Navy Pier Aon Grand Ballroom, 840 E Grand Ave, Chicago. Over 30 Chicagoland restaurants will share their best bites. Taste of Hope has raised over $3.6 million to date. The funds raised will support the organization's continued mission of ending this horrible disease as a significant health threat.

Attendees of this unique event can feel good that their continued support has helped prevent 3.8 million cancer deaths since 1991, as well as promoting healthy lifestyles by eating right and staying active. All of this has made a difference in ending cancer, including a 33% decline in cancer death rates, but there's still much more to do. The statistics show that one in two men and one in three women will get cancer in their lifetime, which means the fight is not over and still needs everyone's support.

Top co-title sponsors, ADM and Kemper support this fight against cancer. Both companies have made a real commitment to making a difference. "While this event is all about experiencing wonderful tasting food and drinks, more importantly, it embodies the spirit of hope, resilience and the unwavering commitment to ending cancer as we know it, for everyone," said Victoria de la Huerga, President, Commercial Strategy, ADM in a press release from the American Cancer Society. "The money we raise will go towards funding important programs and critical research to rid the world of this disease."
