As the warm weather officially returns to Chicago, outdoor spaces all across the city begin to bloom like a spring flower with the return of runners. Whether you're an avid running warrior or just looking to get some exercise and enjoy the scenery, Chicago has a race for everyone; but with so many options throughout the year, it can be difficult to choose which ones to attend, especially if you are coming from out of town or new to the city. So to help on the journey, here are some of Chicago Star’s favorite races taking place in the spring, summer and fall this year.
