Along with the QR code or a one-click installation link, the recipient also receives a step-by-step guide to help avoid any possible confusion during the setup process. It’s a smooth, intuitive process that keeps the setup time short and the experience simple.

With the MultiSIM feature, users can manage several eSIMs at once — for example, buying an eSIM for a child or partner while traveling, topping it up easily if data runs out, and keeping all previously used eSIMs saved. - Assign custom labels that make your purchased eSIMs easy to identify. Each time that eSIM is mentioned in notifications, its label will appear — for example, if you named it "Anna’s plan – Paris," that name will be used in all related messages. Even if your account contains a large number of eSIMs, this ensures you always know which is which.

- “Replace Plan” gives you the flexibility to switch to a different data plan using the same eSIM. It’s useful when you want to change coverage or volume, but don’t want to reinstall anything. 

- “Buy New Plan” gives you the flexibility to add a separate eSIM for a different destination, a future trip, or to share with someone else, without affecting your current plan.

- Postponed activation lets you buy eSIMs now and activate them later. It’s perfect for preparing ahead of time: book your flight, pack your bag, and secure your eSIM in advance.

All iPhones starting from XS and XR are compatible, including SE (2nd/3rd gen), as well as newer iPads with eSIM support. Devices must be SIM-free and unlocked.

Samsung

Samsung Galaxy models starting from S20, Note 20, Z Fold 2, and Z Flip 3 are compatible. Availability depends on the model and region.

Google Pixel

Models 3 to 8 (including all Pro/XL versions), except for Pixel 3 sold in Japan and Pixel 3a in South America.

Other Android brands

Selected models by Huawei, Motorola, Sony, Xiaomi, Oppo, and OnePlus support eSIM if they have a built-in eSIM chip, run Android 10 or later, as long as your carrier also supports eSIM functionality.
