Join Alderman Brian Hopkins in a series of safety webinars, beginning Tuesday, September 7, on Zoom addressing concerns in the 2nd Ward. Chicago Police Commander Sean Loughran will speak about motorcycle noise, illegal vehicles, and drag racing enforcement throughout Chicago.
