World Naked Bike ride set to take place in Chicago this Saturday, August 14.

The 18th annual World Naked Bike Ride is happening this Saturday, August 14. Cyclists, bared as they dare, will be streaking through our city streets beginning just before sunset, around 8:30 pm.

According to the WNBR website, the Ride is a "protest against the dependency on fossil fuels and for environmental justice, promotes consent culture and body-positivity and demonstrates the 'nakedness' of bike riders compared to cars to fight for bike safety and bicycle awareness."

Cyclists will be pedaling through the city on a 14-mile, four-hour ride. (www.chicagonakedride.org )
