Said Lalez, "I've never been afraid to take massive swings. I've grown so much in my career because I trusted myself to make big moves. If they work, great! If they don't, we learned something."
Ben, along with his marketing team and video producer, Sebastian Llavaneras, have built a well-oiled content machine, producing as many as 20 pieces of content per week. Ben uses his videos and articles to share his real estate expertise and Chicago market trends, but he also "keeps things fun" with lighthearted debates, giveaways, and games.
Today, Ben's team has expanded to 22 agents. Lalez attributes his team's explosive growth to his ability to adapt to changing market conditions. By staying on top of the latest trends and keeping a close eye on supply and demand, Ben and his team have been able to help his clients navigate even the most challenging markets.
Ben's success is due to more than just his innovative marketing strategies.
