Luxurious residential towers downtown, ‘Cirrus’ and ‘Cascade’ get topped off

Lakeshore East residents can expect new neighbors this summer as developers Lendlease and Magellan Development Group join forces to top off the 455 E. Waterside Drive and 211 N. Harbor Drive towers, adding two new luxury residential buildings to the mix as well as the new Cascade Park, a publicly accessible green space that is adjacent to the Cirrus and Cascade towers; the park will allow residents walking access to the Chicago Riverwalk and lakefront.

The 350-unit luxurious condominium tower, Cirrus, located at 211 N. Harbor Drive, sits 47 stories high with prices ranging anywhere from $400,000 to over $4 million. The units are available in one-four bedrooms and range from 650 to over 3,000 square feet. Future tenants can expect the first residences to be delivered in fall 2021.

The Cascade apartment tower offers studio-three-bedroom floor plans. Future residents can expect a move-in date by this summer through fall but can begin pre-leasing come spring.
