A new luxury golf community backed by golf legend Tiger Woods is scheduled to open this fall in Aledo, Texas, about 20 minutes from downtown Fort Worth. Bluejack Ranch will span 914 acres and combine private golf, custom homes and ranch-style recreation in a planned development valued at $2.5 billion, according to Realtor.com.
The project is the follow-up to Bluejack National near Montgomery, Texas, which became Woods’ first U.S.-designed golf course, the report confirmed. Per Realtor.com, the Fort Worth-area development is expected to include about 500 custom and semi-custom homes, ranging from 1,282-square-foot, two-bedroom casitas to large estate properties of at least 4,000 square feet.

Luxury homes and private golf
Half-acre lots will start at $775,000, while residential properties will begin at $1 million. According to the report, the average home is expected to cost between $2 million and $4 million, with some mansions exceeding 19,000 square feet and reaching prices in the tens of millions. Buyers of lots must use a Bluejack-approved builder.
“You live on 900 acres with every form of entertainment imaginable,” developer Andy Mitchell told Realtor.com, per the report. “You don't need a big home, necessarily. It's like going to a resort, you don't have to build your own game room.”
Woods’ TGR Design firm is creating the championship 18-hole course with land planner Beau Welling. The layout will stretch nearly 8,000 yards from the longest tees and will use Stadium Zoysia grass, as reported by Realtor.com. A 10-hole short course, driving range and three putting greens will support members and guests.
The first phase is expected to include about 125 homes and golf cottages, with the average home price topping $3 million, according to the Fort Worth Report.

Ranch living and club access
Bluejack Ranch will also include a working dude ranch with horses, longhorns, miniature Highland cattle and donkeys. Planned amenities include pools, tennis and pickleball courts, bowling, restaurants, a spa, wellness facilities, podcast studios, an entertainment hall and an all-ages recreation center, both reports confirmed.
The community will have 24-hour gated security and a commercial district near its entrance designed for high-end lifestyle retailers. Monthly homeowners association fees are expected to reach thousands of dollars.
Private club membership will cost as much as $225,000 in initiation fees and about $3,000 in monthly dues, depending on the membership level, Realtor.com confirmed. Buying a home will not guarantee membership; applicants must be invited and approved.
Mitchell said the development is designed for multigenerational families, including residents who may prefer the spa, ranch or recreational facilities to golf. The project’s broader goal, he told Realtor.com, is to offer a place where families can disconnect from daily life and spend time together.
