Chicago Magazine reports that this particular property stands out because it is one of only four homes on the street to feature a full roof deck, and it also includes an attached one-car garage, which is quite rare for this historic area.

3809 N. Kenmore Ave., Chicago

The Wrigleyville real estate offerings extend beyond single-family homes to include investment opportunities in multi-family buildings. A historic property at 3809 N. Kenmore Ave. is listed at $1.4 million and includes three residential units plus a fourth legal attic studio measuring 1,000 square feet. The building, which dates back to the late 19th century and predates nearby Wrigley Field, generates nearly $125,000 annually when fully rented, as noted in the Chicago Magazine listing.

This purchase represents one of 126 homes sold for $4 million dollars or more in the Chicago area so far in 2025, with Crain's Chicago Business noting that the year is approaching a new record for upper-end home sales.
