Cousins Maine Lobster, the premier food truck phenomenon and winner of the popular show Shark Tank is bringing its authentic East Coast eats to the Chicago area in February. The food truck will host its Chicago grand opening at Pollyanna Brewing in Roselle, Illinois, on Saturday, February 10th.

Cousins Maine was founded in 2012 by cousins Sabin Lomac and Jim Tselikis. The food truck quickly became known for its authentic lobster rolls, New England clam chowder, shrimp tacos, and whoopie pies. The cousins got their big break within two months of opening after appearing on the fourth season of Shark Tank.

Twelve years later, Cousins Maine has expanded to 60 locations across the U.S. According to a statement from the group, Cousins Maine aims to open five food truck locations and two restaurants throughout the Chicagoland area in the coming months.

We can't wait to see everyone on February 10th!"
