Justice of the Pies presents 'Pies and Pours' at the Four Seasons

Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is adding a delicious twist to the holiday season by teaming up with Justice of the Pies for a festive pop-up experience. From now to Dec. 25, guests can explore an exclusive selection of mouth-watering holiday pies, quiches, gift boxes, and specialty merchandise, all crafted by Maya-Camille Broussard’s bakery, which honors the legacy of her late father, Stephen J. Broussard.

The Holiday Gift Shop & Pop-Up will be located in the hotel lobby, where guests can shop for delicious treats while supporting a business rooted in giving second chances. But the celebration doesn’t end there: Adorn Bar is offering a one-of-a-kind “Pies & Pours” experience, pairing signature Justice of the Pies desserts with expertly crafted cocktails by lead bartender Adam Chase. Featured pairings include:

•Michigan Cherry Cheesecake paired with a Mezcal Last Word

•Chocolate Espresso Cake paired with a Carajillo Espresso Martini

•Blue Cheese Pear Praline Tart Tatin paired with a Spiced Cranberry French 75

Guests can enjoy the “Pies & Pours” experience for $40 or opt for the full package at $70, which includes a signed cookbook. These festive pairings are available for dinner, and guests can also enjoy a la carte pies at Adorn Restaurant.
