For four nights only in November, Michelin-starred Omakase Yume and sister steak omakase concept Bonyeon are coming together to provide guests a 5-star culinary experience called “Omakase Yume X Bonyeon: Counter Culture.” The exclusive dinner series—hosted by respected Sushi Chef Sangtae Park and HIS Hospitality Group’s Kate Park—will provide seventeen courses of premium sushi and beef cuts.

Guests will dine at Bonyeon’s 12-seat chef’s counter in West Loop and learn about the art of omakase, including its unique cooking techniques and textures. The experience will also pay homage to Chef Sangtae’s Korean heritage. Sushi and meat enthusiasts will try seven different courses from both restaurants, one collaborative dish, and two dessert courses for a total of seventeen.
