Miru Restaurant invites seafood enthusiasts to indulge in a unique Bluefin Tuna Experience every Wednesday evening. Hosted at the sushi bar, this exclusive event offers a front-row view of a live Bluefin tuna breakdown, led by Miru's skilled sushi chefs.
Attendees can expect a multi-course menu crafted to highlight the distinctive qualities of Bluefin tuna, ranging from lean to fatty cuts. The tasting menu is thoughtfully paired with an array of Japanese ingredients to enhance each flavor profile. Guests can conclude their culinary journey with Executive Pastry Chef Juan Gutierrez's renowned black sesame mochi dessert, as highlighted by Miru Restaurant.

The experience showcases featured dishes like the tartare with otoro and uni on rice crisps, crispy shiso with diced Bluefin and sesame vinaigrette, and nigiri selections such as akami, chutoro, otoro, and cheek. Furthermore, the menu includes a tuna spine with chili oil, key lime, and nori.
Optional wine and sake pairings are available, carefully curated from Miru's extensive collection of beverages by Wine Director Kat Hawkins, providing a perfect complement to the tasting journey.

Seatings are available at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are priced at $150 per person, excluding tax, service fee, and beverage pairings.
