Chicago is famously known as a deep-dish pizza city, but there are many different types to choose from. Chicago pizza lovers can find Detroit, Sicilian, New York, Roman, and Neapolitan styles of pizza throughout the city. The Pizza Summit brings together different restaurants under one roof, with each location showcasing its best pizza.

Pizza themed best dressed contest

Pizza aficionados, both young and old, will be able to celebrate this iconic dish. Some of the chefs will serve it up by the slice, while others will present their unique twist by sharing a type of pizza-inspired cuisine. Participating restaurants include Professor Pizza, Gino's East, Bacci, Dimo's, Connie's, Five Star, and Paper Plane Pizza, to name a few. This year, the fest will include a giardiniera station provided by Caruso's Provisions and a salad bar from Kooshy's croutons. There will also be an exclusive collaboration making its debut at the event between Professor Pizza and Gino's East.
