Will there be any more print papers issued? 

Limited, special edition print papers can be produced throughout the year and will be available to subscribers for unique events, holidays or causes. Advertisers can inquire about being part of special print editions by emailing advertising@chiagostarmedia.com

What if I don’t want to continue with the digital subscription option? 

If you would rather not receive any Chicago Star subscription services, you can opt out by sending an email with subject line "CANCEL" to subscriptions@chicagostarmedia.com. Please include your name and type of subscription. Cancellations will be accepted until January 31, 2023. But we encourage you to stick around to be part of the journey as we continue to grow. 

How much will my Premium Digital subscription cost? 

Focusing on our online offerings allows us to save money on  printing operations, which we are happy to pass on to you. Our Premium Digital subscribers receive a special rate of $27 per year. That’s a drop in price from any of our previous subscription rates and an offer you’ll be hard pressed to find among any of Chicago’s other major news outlets. 

How do I use my Premium Digital subscription? 

That’s the best part. With a digital subscription, all the Chicago Star news you love will be delivered via email to your favorite digital device or social media outlet. No need to wait for the next print edition to be released. 

If I try Premium Digital, can I still change my mind later? 

Yes. All our subscribers can cancel their subscription any time. When you cancel, you’ll still receive our e-edition through your next annual renewal date, when the cancellation becomes effective.
