MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A man died and another man was hospitalized after a two-car crash early Thursday morning in northeast Memphis, police said.
Memphis Police (MPD) said it happened just before 1 a.m. at Jackson and Wales avenues.
Police said one man was injured and rushed to Regional One in critical condition. Another man was pronounced dead at the scene.
FOX13 arrived to find a truck and a car involved in the crash, with the car appeared to have been badly damaged.
MPD told FOX13 that one vehicle was going northbound on Jackson and the other car was going southbound on Jackson to go eastbound on Wales with a green arrow. The first vehicle disregarded the red like and collided with the second car.
