The porcelain and ceramic tile company pushes past limitations of raw materials to empower designers with unique products

FRANKLIN, Tenn., April 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlas Concorde USA, an Italian designed, American made porcelain and ceramic tile company, proudly unveiled two new porcelain tile collections at Coverings 2025. Drawing from the beauty of natural materials, this year's collections—Legacy Marblestone and Legacy Limestone—blend the finest details of different stones and expand their color range beyond what is found in nature to meet the world of interior design.

"With these new collections, we didn't just want to replicate a specific natural stone—we wanted to do more," Federico Pifferi, CEO of Atlas Concorde USA, said. "Porcelain gives us the freedom to be creative and mix the most beautiful parts of different natural materials. By playing with the bold veins of marbles, or blending the strength of terrazzo pebbles with limestone backgrounds, we've created something completely new. These tiles aren't just imitations—they are new designs inspired by nature, made possible through porcelain."

Legacy Marblestone

Legacy Marblestone embodies the idiom "grace under pressure" with bold veining and crystalline texture, qualities typical of raw materials created by intense heat and pressure over time. Atlas Concorde USA refined the contrasting veins and sudden shifts in tone to create six colors not found in nature, including three soft neutral shades, two sophisticated variations of grays with subtle blue undertones and a deep, intense shade of black. "Bold veining and a crystalline texture give the surface the refined character of marble," Marta Bigi, Product Manager at Atlas Concorde USA, said. "These natural stone details add depth and dimension, making the tile feel both elegant and versatile across a range of interior styles." Legacy Marblestone is available in standard sizes (including 12" x 24" and 24" x 48") as well as a statement-making Spa 8" x 48" field décor—featuring a prescored, linear design that reflects current interior trends—alongside a 12" x 12" Domino Mosaic and a 24" x 24" Outdoor Paver.

Legacy Limestone

Legacy Limestone masterfully blends the timeless beauty of limestone with the finest details of carefully selected terrazzo fragments and larger ceppo pebbles to create a balanced porcelain tile. "We chose a warm, earthy palette to create a sense of balance and connection to nature," Bigi added. "Each of the six neutral tones was developed to support versatile design without overpowering the space." Legacy Limestone is available in standard sizes (including 12" x 24" and 24" x 48") as well as a Stripes 12" x 24" field décor—featuring a grooved surface that's on-trend for texture and linear detail—a 12" x 12" Brick Mosaic with chiseled edges inspired by hand-crafted tiles, and a 24" x 24" Outdoor Paver.
