Try These Bold, Sweet and Spicy Entrees Packed with a Seasonal Burst of Flavor

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., April 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Baja Fresh^® Mexican Grill (www.BajaFresh.com), the fast-casual fresh Mexican food chain, is turning up the heat this summer and serving up all-new Mango Habanero offerings available now for a limited time at participating stores nationwide.

Baja Fresh's Mango Habanero is the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. It's where sweet, tangy mango meets the heat of habanero peppers. The new Mango Habanero menu items include a tostada bowl, taco combo and an a la carte taco. Also new this summer, the Mango Habanero entrees come with our in-house made lime rice and smashed pinto beans. These new bean and rice offerings will also be available as options throughout the entire menu.

Now available at Baja Fresh – the Jalapeno Toreado, a blistered jalapeno pepper that's seasoned and fried, a perfect complement to any entrée.

The new Mango Habanero menu items are available now through July 21, 2025, at participating locations nationwide. 

Additionally, Baja Fresh will continue offering $10 Baja Bundles through summer at participating Baja Fresh locations. Choose from three entrees served with a half order of your choice of rice and beans, tortilla chips, salsa from our fresh salsa bar and a regular drink.
