At approximately 7 p.m., the Denver Police Department arrested Robin A. Schares, 55, on 221 Forest Ave. Denver for second degree Burglary, a Class C Felony.
Oct. 23
At approximately 8:30 a.m. the Bremer Co. Sheriff's Office arrested James R. Jackson, 24, of Waterloo, in Waverly for failure to appear.
At approximately 10:30 p.m. the Bremer Co. Sheriff's Office arrested Paul D. Rogers, 46, of Waverly for failure to appear. Rogers was released on bond Oct. 24 at 11:30 a.m.
Oct. 25
At approximately 11 p.m. the Waverly Police Department arrested Heather A. Annis, 49, of Waverly for interference with an official act, a simple misdemeanor.
