The Hastings College softball team's .500 season officially closed last week in the Great Plains Athletic Conference tournament.
But on Tuesday, six Broncos earned all-GPAC postseason awards.
Kaylee Pinneo and Ana Medeiros were named to the conference's second team, while Isabel Tanabe, Lexie Mudloff, Kiera Brack and Lauren Schneider were each honorable mentions.
Pinneo, a sophomore from Omaha, led the Broncos in most statistical categories offensively. She finished with 59 hits and a .386 batting average, which included 16 doubles and 40 runs batted in.
Medeiros, a native of Hawaii, clubbed .363 on year with four home runs and 45 hits in total. She was second on the team in defensive put outs with 164 while fielding .973 as a utility player.
On the baseball diamond, junior Jaden Stone was the only second team selection for HC. Jared Delgado and Elijah Merritt were honorable mentions.
Stone, from Eaton, Colo., led the offense with 54 hits, including 17 doubles, and stole 10 bases while hitting .362.
The Broncos finished the year 9-33.
