This morning, law enforcement agencies from across California executed approximately 52 search warrants, seizing seven assault/long rifles, 25 handguns, 118 phones, 24 magazines, a rocket launcher, and various drugs including cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, and Xanax. The operation also led to the arrest of 17 individuals on homicide-related charges, including 10 juveniles, solving three homicides in Kings County.
The operation was a collaborative effort involving numerous agencies, including the Kings County Major Crimes Task Force, California DOJ Special Operations Unit, and the FBI, among others. Approximately $6,000 in U.S. currency was also recovered during the raids.
