LENOX, Mass., July 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Canyon Ranch, the legendary wellness experience and hospitality company, announces the launch of Beat Burnout, a groundbreaking burnout treatment and prevention retreat at Canyon Ranch's award-winning resort in the Berkshires. Beat Burnout combines Canyon Ranch's expertise in science, lifestyle, and professional coaching alongside proven integrative wellness strategies to help leaders reset, recharge, and learn to tackle burnout proactively. Canyon Ranch will offer three sessions of the Beat Burnout retreat in 2025 with additional dates to be announced for 2026.
The three-night, four-day immersive program is built around a team of multi-disciplinary experts in the fields of medicine, mental health, spiritual health, nutrition, and fitness including Yale University professor Dr. Laurie Santos, who is internationally recognized for her groundbreaking work on the science of happiness. Santos created Yale's most popular course in its 300-year history, The Science of Well-Being and hosts the acclaimed podcast The Happiness Lab.

- Biomarker Testing to identify the physiological signs of burnout risk.
- Diagnostic Testing to screen for stress-related health concerns.
- Lifestyle Support to assess and address emotional burnout risk from behavioral patterns.
Participants will be assigned a dedicated integrative coaching team to deep-dive into the areas of resilience, executive coaching, therapy, mindfulness, nutrition, creativity, and performance science.

"Burnout is not just an individual problem in our society, it's also a leadership crisis. When executives are burned out, their teams, companies and even their families feel the impact," said Dr. Santos, Canyon Ranch's key guest expert for Beat Burnout who has helped millions rethink what truly brings joy, fulfillment, and meaning in life. "The good news is that there are evidence-based strategies we can use to protect ourselves from today's 'always-on' world."
The retreat, which is limited to 15 participants per session to maximize individual outcomes, also offers a built-in, ongoing community of like-minded high achievers to create peer support for sustained results along with master coaching from Chief, an elite national female executive leadership organization with more than 20,000 members across the United States.
"Chief and Canyon Ranch share a belief that personal wellbeing is central to exceptional leadership," said Sabrina Caluori, Chief Marketing Officer for Chief. "We've enjoyed a longstanding partnership, and we're excited to further partner for the Beat Burnout retreat, where one of our certified executive coaches will lead a workshop on addressing burnout without compromising leadership impact."
