Probation revoked
Probation was revoked for Tyler J. Guibord, 39, 12967W Watertower Lane, Hayward, on a conviction of possessing methamphetamine Feb. 1, 2021. He was sentenced to one year in prison plus one year of extended supervision, with credit for 172 days in custody.
Guibord’s probation was revoked for felony bail jumping April 15, 2021. He was sentenced to three years in state prison (concurrent with other sentence) with credit for 172 days in custody, followed by three years extended supervision. When on supervised release, he must complete any programming/conditions deemed appropriate by his agent and follow through.
Amphetamine possession
Pete H. Coffey, 50, Minong, was placed on one year of probation and fined $579 for misdemeanor possession of amphetamine July 2, 2023. A deputy conducted a traffic stop of Coffey’s truck in the Sevenwinds Casino parking lot for having expired registration, and smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Deputies found a bag with 13.8 grams of meth, a dugout pipe containing THC and a one-hitter cigarette with burnt residue in the truck.
Coffey must complete an AODA assessment and follow through with recommendations. Charges of possessing THC and drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read in.
Agreement revoked
A deferred judgment of conviction agreement was revoked and Frank C. Lopez, 47, Gary, Indiana, was placed on two years probation for felony aggravated battery April 4, 2020, by hitting a 42-year-old man twice in the head with the butt of a pistol outside Lopez’ residence on Pinewood Drive in Hayward. Lopez fired a warning shot from the .40-caliber handgun over the man, and the bullet grazed the side of the man’s head.
A six-month jail sentence was imposed but stayed and will be used by the Dept. of Corrections and the court for any violations. Lopez was fined $100 plus costs, must maintain absolute sobriety, maintain employment, and is not allowed to possess firearms or have any contact with the victim. He must complete any programming deemed appropriate by his agent and follow through.
Lopez was credited with 94 days in custody.
Felony OWI
Kent E. Andrlik, 38, 15221W Hwy. 63-Lot 12, Hayward, is charged with felony operating while intoxicated-fifth offense Oct. 26, 2024, on Railroad Street south of Hwy 27 in Hayward. Andrlik was summoned to appear in court on Nov. 5.
Intoxicated driving
Sarah D. Miles, 32, Hwy. 63, Hayward, operating while intoxicated-second offense Jan. 25, 2024, on Hospital Road 286 feet east of Smith Court, $1,655 fine, 10 days in jail with Huber privileges and credit for two days served, license revoked 16 months, ignition interlock device (IID) required on any vehicle owned or operated for 16 months, to complete AODA assessment and follow through with recommendations, attend victim impact panel, obtain driver assessment and maintain compliance with driver safety plan.
Obstructing officer
Kadence J. Belille, 18, Hwy. CC, Couderay, was placed on one year of probation and fined $579 for obstructing an officer Feb. 15, 2024, by running from an officer near Water Tower Lane. A charge of misdemeanor battery to a 24-year-old woman April 20, 2024, at a residence on Scipio Avenue was dismissed but read in.
Alanna R. Ford, 21, Milwaukee, was fined $582.50 for obstructing an officer June 27, 2021, in Hayward. Charges of disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed but read in.
Failure to stop
Therese L. Fischer, 40, Spooner, resisting an officer by failure to stop Feb. 12, 2022, in Hayward, placed on two years of probation and fined $579. She must complete an AODA assessment and any programming and conditions deemed appropriate by her agent and follow through.

Failure to stop for unloading school bus: Cecelia A. Viecelli, 19, Hwy. 40, Radisson, Sept. 16, 2024, on Hwy. 27-70 571 feet west of Deer Lane, $326.50.
Driving while revoked: Christopher C. Denenny, 75, Hwy. 70, Winter, 10 days in jail with Huber privileges and $443 costs.
Failure to yield right of way: Brian T. Jaaska, 52, Sawyer Road, Hayward, $187.90.
Speeding 16 to 19 mph over limit: James L. Kelley, 77, Cable, $200.50; Kevin H. Potack, 41, Poppletown Lane, Hayward, $200.50.
Speeding 11 to 15 mph over limit, $175.30 each: Veronica A. Laverdure, 27, Minocqua; Mario J. Lugo-Reyes, 41, Twin Bay Road, Hayward; Jason A. Martinson, 37, Heffelfinger Street, Couderay.
Driving while license is suspended: Lindsay R. Applebee, 40, Chetac Avenue, Birchwood, $200.50.
Nonregistration: Austin N. Buck, 26, Hwy. 27, Hayward, $175.30.
Improper registration of other vehicle: Butterfield Inc., Hwy. 77, Hayward, $263.50; Ritchie Lakeland Transport Inc., Minocqua, $263.50.

Driving without carrying a license; Zachry C. Kondrath, 32, Antigo (amended from speeding 20 to 24 mph over limit), $225.70.
