Reckless endangerment
Bradley D. Trepania Jr., 17, 9369N Nisway Street, Hayward, is charged with first degree felony recklessly endangering safety and felony physical abuse of a boy under the age of 16 with the use of a dangerous weapon Nov. 17, 2024. The boy came running up to a squad car driven by an LCO police officer and stated that Trepania had stabbed him in the left lower leg at the residence. An officer located Trepania on foot near the residence and took him into custody. At the jail, Trepania was given a preliminary breath test (PBT), which registered 0.205% alcohol.
Trepania was placed on a $5,000 cash bond and had his initial court appearance Nov. 26. A preliminary hearing was set for Dec. 2.
Bail jumping
Andre C. Basacker, 39, Minneapolis, is charged with a felony bond violation by failing to appear in court Nov. 19, 2024. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
Fentanyl possession
Willard D. Reed, 51, Minneapolis, was placed on three years probation and fined $654 for possessing Fentanyl June 24, 2021. He was a passenger in a vehicle stopped by an officer for speeding on Hwy. K at Winslow Avenue in Northwoods Beach. Officers found two bindles containing 0.35 gram of fentanyl in the glove box and a bindle with 0.41 gram of fentanyl in a passenger door pocket.
A charge of possessing drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read in.

Driving without a valid license: Joseph A. Swanson, 33, Minneapolis, $200.50.
Speeding 1 to 10 mph over limit: Jayden S. Campbell, 17, Deer Lane, Ojibwa, $175.30; Brian P. Doocy, 55, Stillwater, Minnesota (amended from 16 to 19 mph over limit), $200.50.
Possess open intoxicants in vehicle: Brooke A. Christianson, 47, Eau Claire (passenger), $200.50; Dennis J. Geist, 50, Eau Claire (driver), $263.50.
Driving without carrying a license: William C. Kwasny, 80, New Richmond (amended from speeding 16 to 19 mph over limit), $175.30; Tanya R. Wolf, 41, Webster (amended from charge of driving without a valid license-second offense in three years), $330.50.
Nonregistration: Brady M. Guski, 25, Hwy. 27, Hayward, $175.30; Timothy J. Lantis, 62, Universal Drive, Winter, $175.30.
Vehicle equipment violations: Chippewa valley Exteriors, Chippewa Falls, $175.30.
Driving while license is expired: Carina C. Raines, 30, Blue Moon Road, Drummond, $162.70.
Forfeiting $10 each were one person for failure to wear his seat belt and four persons for driving without proof of insurance.
Burning violation
Burning without a permit in intensive fire control area: David M. Lenk, 59, Lenk Lane, Exeland, Oct. 19, 2024, $175.30.
Retail theft
Megan R. Trepania, 25, Hwy. CC, Couderay, retail theft at Walmart Oct. 5, 2024, $200.50, plus trespass to land, $200.50.
Animal at large
Sarah Kemmitts, 37, Allendale Road, Stone Lake, allowing animal to run at large Oct. 18, 2024, $263.50.
Truant from school
