Meth possession
John Ralph Andersen, 48, 13394W Trepania Road, Hayward, is charged with possessing methamphetamine, THC and drug paraphernalia Dec. 3, 2024. LCO police officers responded to the LCO Elder Center on Corbine Drive in Reserve for a report that Andersen was trespassing there and had a warrant for his arrest. An officer found him trespassing at the LCO elder four-plex. Andersen removed items including drug paraphernalia from his pockets and placed them on and around a washing machine. Officers searched the area where he had been sitting and found a bindle with 0.4 gram of meth, a broken meth pipe and baggie with 1.2 grams of marijuana.
Andersen was placed on a $50 cash bond and had his initial court appearance Dec. 10. A preliminary hearing asset for Jan. 13, 2025.
Meth possession
Thomas C. Quaderer, 33, Waukesha, was placed on three years probation and assessed $518 costs for possession of methamphetamine Jan. 10, 2024 in the town of Bass Lake.
An LCO conservation warden spotted a vehicle driven by Quaderer in the ditch on Hwy. K near Trail’s End Resort. Officers found a gem baggie in Quaderer’s pocket.Upon searching the vehicle, they found drug paraphernalia and three baggies containing a total 1.9 grams of meth.
Dismissed but read in were charges of possession of meth in Hayward Aug. 26 2022, three counts of driving while revoked, three counts of felony bail jumping, one count of possessing drug paraphernalia, one count of resisting or obstructing an officer and one count of disorderly conduct. He must complete an AODA assessment and follow through with recommendations, and any programming or conditions deemed appropriate by his agent.
Obstructing officer
Dustin J. Miller, 30, Giiwedin Drive, Hayward, obstructing an officer Jan. 15, 2024, 10 days in jail with Huber privileges and $579 fine. He ran from LCO police officers following a traffic stop near the corner of Hwy. B and Round Lake School Road and was apprehended with the help of LCO police K-9 “Bak.”
Roger A. Williamson, 75, Pine Point Road, Hayward, obstructing an officer Jan. 24, 2024, in Hayward, $579 fine. A second charge of obstructing an officer Feb. 29, 2024, was dismissed but read in.
Disorderly conduct
Vincent J. Desiderio Jr., 47, Potato Road, Stone Lake, disorderly conduct at residence on Potato Road May 3-4, 2020, 15 days in jail with Huber privileges and credit for one day in custody, plus $579 fine.
Traffic violations
Driving while revoked: Melissa J. Quagon, 42, Frogg Road, Hayward, 10 days in jail (time served) and $579 fine.
Driving while revoked: Zachary D. Gunning, 30, Webster, 10 days in jail, to be served in Burnett Country Jail, and $579 fine.
Driving while revoked: Sophie A. Miller, 30, Signor Street, Stone Lake, five days in jail with credit for four days served, $579 fine.
Unreasonable and imprudent speed: Hayden J. Conner, 19, Park Road, Hayward, $213.10.
Driving too fast for conditions: Ogemahgeshig T. Taylor, 23, Grand Avenue, Hayward, $213.10, plus driving without insurance, $200.50.
Failure to yield to stop for emergency vehicle: Carlos E. Cordillo Cruz, 26, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, $326.50, plus no tail lamp/defective tail lamp at night: $162.70, and driving without a valid license, $200.50.
Speeding 16 to 19 mph over limit: Cynthia R. Taylor, 72, Quaderer Lane, Hayward, $200.50.
Driving without a valid license: John M. Klazek, 57, Hwy. B, Hayward, $175.30.
Driving while license is suspended: Hope R. Thunder, 47, Minneapolis, $200.50.
Speeding 1 to 10 mph over limit, $175.30 each: Antoinette M. Jacobs, 55, Green Bay; Thomas J. Klubertanz, 55, Delafield.
Driving without insurance: Rachel M. Reddington, 41, James Road, Hayward, $200.50.
Driving without carrying a license: Bruce M. Walk, 67, Rochester, Minnesota, $175.30.
One person forfeited $10 for driving without proof of insurance.
ATV/UTV violations
Operating ATV or UTV in careless way: David J. Hansen, 49, Beloit, $295.
Trespass to land
Nathan R. Pierce, 30, Buffalo, Minnesota, trespassing at W7155 Hwy. B Oct. 19, 2024, $263.50; Chandell R. Quagon, 40, Dixon Avenue, Hayward, trespassing on Pank Road 0.34 mile south of Sand Lake Road Nov. 8, 2024, $263.50.
