A Coosa man was arrested for stalking after he violated a restraining order by making contact with someone he is not allowed to contact when he drove a four-wheeler past her mom's house on Monday, reports state.

According to Floyd County Jail reports:

Shawn Isaac Elkins, 41, is charged with felony aggravated stalking and misdemeanor driving without proof of insurance and driving without a license.

He remained in jail without bond as of Tuesday.
