COURT REPORT

According to reports of Missouri’s 42nd Judicial Circuit:

Charges

• Leslie J. Mullins was charged in a Dec. 18 warrant with felony one count of driving while revoked/suspended as well as one misdemeanor count of failure to register motor vehicle and owner operating motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility (motor vehicle required to be registered).

• Christopher M. Gibbs was charged in a Dec. 18 warrant with felony counts of possession of controlled substance and keeping or maintaining a public nuisance as well as unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

• John D. Camden was charged in a Dec. 13 warrant with one felony count of possession of controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jessica L. Carnell was charged in a Dec. 13 warrant with felony charges of possession of controlled substance, unlawful use of weapon, and three counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child - creating substantial risk.

Sentences

• Tristan Gaddy’s probation was continued Dec. 18 over the objection of the state by Judge Randazzo. Gaddy Originally pled guilty in March of 2022 to possession of a controlled substance and was placed on probation, which was extended by one year in 2024 due to violations of probation. On Dec. 18, Gaddy was again found to have violated probation. Prosecutor Curley sought revocation under 559.115. Gaddy sought continued probation with in-patient treatment at Teen Challenge.
