(Creston) -- A Creston man was booked on a warrant late last week.
The Creston Police Department says 38-year-old Thomas James Blobaum was arrested shortly after 4:30 p.m. Friday on a Union County warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of OWI, 1st offense. Authorities say the arrest occurred at Blobaum's residence in the 500 block of North Pine Street.
Blobaum was taken to the Union County Jail and held without bond.
