ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Florida — Authorities are seeking the public's assistance in locating Arrington Marcellas Moultrie, a 35-year-old wanted for homicide and other charges.
The incident occurred on November 16th on Hampton Road.
Moultrie, of Escambia County, Florida, is also wanted for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and obstruction of justice-evidence tampering, according to the Escambia County Sheriff's Office.
