A 17-year-old Floyd County man is accused of stabbing another man during a fight at a trailer park on Rising Fawn Trail, reports state.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Braeden Lee Kinsey, 17, is charged with felony aggravated assault, aggravated battery, tampering with evidence, possession of a knife during the commission of a crime and terroristic threats and acts. He is also charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
On Friday around 2:24 a.m., Kinsey threatened to kill another man and lunged and stabbed him in his left arm with a knife. After the incident at 118 Rising Fawn trail Kinsey attempted to wash and wipe the victim's blood from the knife.
He remained in jail on Friday without bond.
