Gordon County Grand Jury indictments for Jan. 8, 2025

Gordon County Grand Jury returned indictments on the following people on  Jan. 8. This process formally charges the individual, but the individual remains innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Phillip Manning Neal -- Rape, aggravated assault - Family Violence Act, battery - FVA (x3). 

Roger Lloyd Esters and Jacqueline Michelle Hall -- First degree burglary, theft by taking, second degree criminal damage to property. 

Melissa Sue Huff -- Obstruction of an officer (x4), second degree cruelty to children. 

Steven Nohe Guerrero -- Obstruction of an officer (x2), battery - FVA. 

Noah Eugene Ousley -- Obstruction of an officer (x2), attempt to remove weapon of public official, second degree criminal damage to property, simple battery, disorderly conduct. 

Yohonna Marie Conway -- Use of fictitious registration number, first degree forgery, fraud of theft in obtaining controlled substance. 

Alexander Nathaniel Castillo -- Fleeing or attempting to eluded police officer (x2), disregarding traffic control device, violation of insurance requirement for motorcycles, operation of unregistered vehicle, improper passing, driving with wrong class of license, failure to maintain lane. 

Malique Jeshawn Byrd and Michael Dewayne Hedges -- Entering an automobile (x3). 

Chase Stephen Martinez and Cole Anthony Martinez -- Battery (x2). 

William Bradford Ballow -- Fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer (x2), possession of methamphetamine, improper use of central lane, reckless driving, speeding, failure to maintain lane, open container, taillight violation, driving without headlights. 

Cody Dexter Blankenship -- Unlawful possession of destructive device (x2), second degree arson, vandalism to a place of worship, criminal attempt to commit felony (x2), improper burning (x2). 

Daren William McFarland -- Aggravated stalking, possession of contraband by inmate, possession of Schedule II controlled substance. 

Carley Pettitt McFarland and Daren William McFarland -- Trafficking in morphine. 

Kahwa Mugenyi -- Identification fraud. 

Brensen Jonathen Loza and William Michael Pate -- Aggravated assault (x2), aggravated battery (x4). 

Aberum Zake Daves -- Criminal Trespass. 

Raphael Arocho -- Failure to register as sex offender. 

Philip Andrew Roberts -- Simple assault, disorderly conduct, obstruction of an officer (x3). 

Ronald Grady Dickson -- First degree homicide by vehicle, reckless driving, hit and run, serious injury by vehicle -- driving under the influence (x10), serious injury by vehicle -- reckless driving (x10), serious injury by vehicle -- hit and run (x10), DUI -- per se, DUI -- less safe, reckless driving, hit and run (x5).
