("IWS"), a leading, vertically integrated provider of solid waste collection, recycling and disposal services, announced the acquisition of Seaside Waste Services ("Seaside"). This strategic purchase expands IWS's presence across central and southern New Jersey, strengthening the company's regional footprint and enhancing service capabilities.
