GREENWOOD, La. - What a fun assignment. KTBS 3's Nate Fluharty gets up close and personal with the creatures at Gators & Friends Adventure Park in Greenwood and learns what it's like to work there.
Gators & Friends is a popular spot in the Shreveport-Bossier area, known for its exotic animal park, zip lines over alligator ponds and petting zoo.
Established in 2006, Gators & Friends 🐊was created to increase awareness among the public of different types of animals, their habitat, lifestyle and survival techniques. You'll see everything from alligators to lemurs at the facility.
Gators & Friends is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
