Plantosaurus Rex is holding two workshops this weekend.

On Saturday, you can build dish-gardens in the likeness of Montana's iconic ghost towns. The workshop will be held at 6 p.m. at Slainte Butte America Pub, 8 S. Montana St.

You will be provided with a variety of unique dishes to choose from as well as plants, live moss, and Butte-themed figurines. These dish gardens will feature Montana Native Species Plants. There will also be figurines available in the likeness of iconic abandoned Montana structures including the Hotel Meade of Bannack.

Three sizes are available ranging from $25-$50.

On Sunday, make a living memorial wreath using a variety of plants, mosses and containers. You will have the option of a succulent, native, or African Violet arrangement. You will also be provided with plenty of mosses and natural materials to decorate your wreath. Candles will also be provided to complete your creation. This workshop will be held at 6 p.m. at Plantosaurus Rex and the cost is $100.

Pre-registration required for workshops at plantorex.com.
