Luigi Mangione's preliminary hearing has been rescheduled for this week, according to court documents.

Mangione was supposed to appear in court for his preliminary hearing on December 23, 2024, at 9 a.m.

According to the documents, his hearing will now take place on Thursday, December 19 at 8:30 a.m.

The preliminary hearing of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Luigi Mangione will be held at the Blair County Courthouse in Hollidaysburg PA. 

The documents state that upon consideration of the Commonwealth's Fugitive Complaint, and upon request of the parties, the court date was moved up.
