(Red Oak) -- A suspect was booked on an out of state warrant in Red Oak Wednesday morning.

The Red Oak Police Department says 39-year-old Rafael Mendoza-Ramirez of Red Oak was arrested shortly before 11:30 a.m. for public intoxication and giving false ID to a law enforcement officer.
