Indiana County Common Pleas President Judge Thomas M. Bianco placed Ashley D. James, 41, of Ernest, on concurrent sentences of two years’ probation for a series of retail thefts in 2023 and 2024.
She also was assessed fines, costs and restitution for all four cases.
Common Pleas Judge Michael T. Clark sentenced Tianna R. Deyarmin, 28, of White Township, to 15 to 60 months in a state correctional institution for concurrent cases of possession with intent to deliver, aggravated assault, fleeing and evading arrest, criminal mischief and driving with a suspended license.
She also was assessed court costs and fines and a previous sentence was revoked.
Clark also sentenced Cameron H. Raubaugh, 20, of Pittsburgh, to three months to two years less a day in Indiana County Jail for concurrent cases of aggravated assault, false reports and criminal trespass.
Clark also placed Amy L. Cronin, 49, of Bradenville, Westmoreland County, on four years probation with the restrictive condition of serving six consecutive months on house arrest with electronic monitoring for a 2024 first-degree misdemeanor case of theft by deception.
